Instructions for use of KFN phosphating concentrate:

Shake the concentrate thoroughly before use and then prepare the solution. The working solution is prepared at the rate of 70-100 ml/l. Phosphating temperature is 60-70°C. Total acidity 45-65, free acidity 4-7.

In addition, the parts should be carefully prepared before treatment. They should be well degreased and washed.

Sometimes, if necessary, the solution is worked up by bringing the free acidity of the working solution by immersing the steel parts to the required acidity value. Usually, the parts are covered with a good quality phosphate film after this treatment.

The treated solution is heated to operating temperature and the prepared parts are loaded. The parts are immersed in the KFN phosphating solution for approximately 10-15 minutes. Afterwards, the parts are rinsed and sent for further processing.
