Brightener for galvanic coatings ZINK BSC-A application

Brightener Zinc BSK-A you can buy in Kharkiv in the Internet-shop of chemical agents Novhim.

It is a new highly effective glitter-forming additive for weakly acidic zinc electrolytes.

Advantages of using Zinc BSC-A:

1. It is used as an independent component.
2. BSC-A produces a semi-glossy zinc coating
3. Guarantees corrosion resistance
4. Combined with BSC-B produces a bright zinc finish.
5. The presence of ZINK BSC-A extends the zone of high current density on the coating.
6. Provides a plastic even coating on all parts of products, with configurations of any complexity, including the inner sides of holes and recesses.
7. Eliminates the appearance of the burns and stabilizes the electrolyte.

Instructions for use:

To get a reliable coating, it is sufficient to inject the offered glossing agent in an amount of 30-50 ml/liter. Recommended current density in this case is 0,1-8 A̸ .

Recommended electrolyte composition for weakly acid basic galvanizing

Zinc chloride – 30-50 g ̸/l

Potassium chloride – 150-200 g ̸ l

Boric acid – 30 g ̸ l

ZINK BSC-1 glossing agent – 30-50 g ̸ l

To get a mirror shine of zinc coating, the additive BSC-B can be used simultaneously with BSC-A.

Why it is better to use additives BSC-B and BSC-A at the same time:

1. Increases the scattering ability of the electrolyte
2. Uniform distribution of zinc layer thickness on all parts of complex-shaped parts is improved.
3. A combination of BSC-A and BSC-B is most effective when galvanizing in drums.
4. Total consumption rate of the two-component additive is considerably lower than that of the one-component additive.

Comparison of BSC-A and BSC-B with imported analogues represented at the market of Ukraine showed that their consumption does not exceed the consumption of their foreign counterparts.

BSC-A can also be used in electrolytes with ammonium chloride and is compatible with German and another additives available at the Ukrainian market.
