It is the active component of the complex two-component glitter-forming additive for weakly acidic electrolytes of galvanizing. Allows obtaining a bright zinc coating on workpieces and parts of any shape, made of ferrous metal.

Advantages of using Zinc BSK-B glossy additive:

1. Provides high corrosion resistance of metal used in galvanizing on hangers and drums.
2. Gives excellent decorative benefits.
3. The presence of BSK-B increases the dispersion capacity of the electrolyte in the low current range.
4.  Improves uniformity of zinc layer thickness distribution in recesses of coated complex-shaped products
5. Considerably reduces the total consumption of the two-component additive as compared to the one-component one.

The shine-forming additive ZINK BSK-B is very economical, its consumption is 0.5 – 2 ml/liter.

Recommended electrolyte composition and operating mode:

Zinc chloride – 40-50 g ̸ l

Potassium chloride – 150-200 g ̸/l

Boric acid – 25-30 g ̸ l

ZINK BSK-A glossing agent – 30-50 g ̸ l

ZINK BSK-B shining agent – 0,5-2,0 g ̸ l

Cathode current density on the suspension lines, А/dm2 0.5-4.0

Density of cathode current in rotating plants, А/dm2 0,5-1,0

Cathode output current, % – 94-98

Electrolyte temperature, 0C – 10-40

pH – 5,0-5,8

BSK-B consumption does not exceed the consumption of similar imported additives, present at the market of Ukraine.

You can also buy ZINK BSK-B glitter additive in the electrolytes with ammonium chloride. It is compatible with German and another additives available on the Ukrainian market.
