Blue passivation for electroplating
Blue passivation PAS-BCP in Kharkov you can buy in the online store of chemicals Novohim.
PAS-BCP is a passivation additive, which is designed to enhance the protective properties of zinc coating.
As a result of interaction with the applied coating, a bluish iridescent film is formed on the surface. The coatings obtained in the recommended passivation solution resemble a shiny chrome coating in appearance. Moreover, their protective properties correspond to the requirements of GOST-9.302-88 (Unified system of protection against corrosion and aging. Coatings metallic and non-metallic).
Advantages and unique characteristics of passivation PAS-BCP.
- The use of blue passivation allows not to use chromic anhydride, quite toxic and expensive substance, in the electrolyte composition.
- Changing the composition of the electrolyte increases the level of environmental protection of the production and improves working conditions of the employees.
- The appearance of galvanized products is improved, which when using bright galvanizing is almost the same as when coating with bright chromium
