Alkylpolyglucoside or APG 0810

is a safe non-ionic surfactant with a light yellow color. Stable in interaction with acids and alkalis. Compatible with all groups of surfactants. Environmentally friendly and safe for humans. The APG also has a good emulsifying ability, it is biodegradable.
