Algicide – preparation for the removal of algae in the swimming pool application

3. Use filtration equipment.

Initial chlorine shock treatment and further preventive use of disinfectants will prevent the initial germination of microorganisms and the appearance of greenery.

The use of a sand filter will help to clean the water in time from suspended solids and turbidity and prevent a favourable environment for the reproduction of algae and other pathogenic flora.

Dose of algicide application:

for initial treatment – 500ml per 10 cubic metres of water

for further prophylaxis – 100ml per 10 cubic metres of water.

The algicide can be applied once a week for preventive purposes. Algicide should be poured into the water around the entire perimeter of the pool.

Algicide application rates are generally recommended and can be changed individually.

Avoid contact of the preparation with skin or eyes. use personal protective equipment.
