5. It tends to decompose when exposed to acids and bases.

Appearance:

Dimethylformamide is a viscous colourless liquid without mechanical inclusions. Dimethylformamide is produced by the reaction of dimethylamine and carbon monoxide in the presence of methanol. The standard packaging is a 200-litre drum, but you can order from us from 1 kg.

Packaging, transportation and storage:

Dimethylformamide is packed at the manufacturing plant in 200 litre drums, as well as in 1 liter glass bottles. Dimethylformamide is transported by rail in covered wagons or by road in covered vehicles. Dimethylformamide is stored in the original packaging in covered warehouses, protected from moisture and well ventilated.
