Defender – Oil 600 (emulsion with high molecular weight wax component) can be used as a concentrate or water solution. Depending on the type of moulds and working conditions, it can be diluted with water in the ratio of 1:1 or up to 1:3, as decided by the technologist. After adding water, the solution should be thoroughly mixed.

IMPORTANT:
The amount of water is selected experimentally, taking into account temperature, humidity and peculiarities of the formwork material.

Application:

1. Apply to a clean, dry surface of the formwork in a thin, even layer with a brush, roller or spray.
2. Allow to stand for 30-60 seconds until the wet shine disappears.
3. Important: Wipe the surface with a damp sponge or soft cloth. This removes excess and polishes the thin layer of the wax phase.
4. Concrete can be placed immediately after drying.

Result:
After drying, a thin, glossy, water-repellent film is formed that:
– is not washed off by rain,
– does not produce white spots on the concrete,
– does not affect the surface quality of the product.
