After that, go to View cart and Checkout or Continue shopping and after completing all purchases, go to Cart and check out. Next, a message with your order number will appear on the monitor. Yes, the order can be changed. If the manager has not yet called you to confirm the order, then you can make adjustments during this confirmation call. If the order has already been confirmed, but the shipment has not yet been made, immediately contact the manager in any convenient way and fill out the order.

2. Do you work as a postpaid?
We do not work with post-payment, as this way of working involves the initial inclusion in the price of a certain percentage of the seller’s insurance against possible risks associated with the fact that the customer will not be able to pick up the goods for some reason or the money order will be lost on the way. Online stores that operate on such a system deliberately include these possible losses in the price of the product, which increases the cost of the entire order. We prefer to announce the minimum price because we care about our reputation and save our customers money.
3. What are the guarantees that I will receive my product after prepayment?
Payment is accepted only after the order has been approved and the goods are in stock. If you paid for your order before 10.00 am, we will ship your order on the same day, after we see the funds in our checking account.
If the payment is made after 10:00 a.m., the product will be shipped the next day. At the same time, you have a receipt that confirms the payment, and we have a declaration from the transport company that confirms that the order has been sent to you.

2. How quickly can I receive the paid product?
The fastest way is to pick up your order from the Novokhim online store in Kharkiv.
When ordering delivery to Kharkiv, the goods are delivered on the day or the next day after the order, this is discussed separately with the Buyer.
In Ukraine, the delivery time usually takes 2-3 days and may vary depending on the selected carrier.
3. Did you pick up the product from the carrier and it is damaged?
Unfortunately, it happens. We check all items in stock before shipping. During transportation, the cargo may be damaged by the carrier. And this responsibility for the cargo rests with the transport company. Therefore, before choosing a product, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the tags. Make sure you receive exactly the product you ordered.
